How do I upload my files to the Amazon S3 Service?

The following screencast shows the process of uploading a file to an Amazon S3 bucket with the required custom headers to use our service using the freely available Spaceblock software. Spaceblock is a windows only program, Mac users can use Bucket Explorer not free, but they do have a fully functional 30 day trial.

Note:- The 'Content Disposition' header can just be set to 'attachment' if you don't want to rename the file that is downloaded to the end user.

To summarize the 'MetaData' for your uploaded files need to have the following attributes:-

KEY:- Content-Type VALUE:- force/download
KEY:- Content-Disposition VALUE:- attachment; filename=Your Filename.zip

What's going on? Your site has not processed our last four paypal sales. Nothing has changed. We didn't alter anything. It has just suddenly stopped working.

Make sure that your 'primary' PayPal email address is entered in the PayPal section of your Digital Goods Store account. PayPal only pass back your 'Primary' email address in the Instant Payment Notification they send to us behind the scenes. If you have a different email address set in your Digital Goods Store account, the orders will not be processed.
If you change your Primary PayPal email address at PayPal and not in your Digital Goods Store account that too will prevent our system from processing orders.
In short, make sure they match.

Well, I followed your instruction video and got it to work on one ebook. However, the download dialog box only works in firefox, in IE and Google browsers it doesn't pop up.

When you name files for upload to your Amazon S3 bucket, make sure they have no spaces in, replace with underscores or hyphens for example:- my filename.mp3 = bad, my_filename.mp3 = good, my-filename.mp3 = good.

Do PayPal eCheck payments deliver the download to the customer immediately?

No they don't, only when the eCheck clears will the order be processed.
